My goal was to create a campaign that could work across multiple channels and which would engage employees.
Ideation
Assets
Campaign assets included:
teaser posters,
posters that could be personalised for employees or departments,
intranet generator,
ambient elevator and door stickers,
mugs.
Guidelines
As well as the campaign assets, I also created writing guidelines for the Siemens HR team.
I wanted to create a campaign which:
could work across multiple channels,
wasn’t as cheesy as the tagline,
would engage employees.
